Self-Motivation

Self-motivation is the inner force that drives us to take action, even when no one is watching. It’s what helps us push through challenges, stay focused on our goals, and keep moving forward despite setbacks.

We often wait for inspiration to strike, but the truth is, motivation grows through action. Taking small steps—no matter how insignificant they seem—creates momentum and builds confidence. Over time, these small efforts turn into meaningful progress.

There will be days when motivation fades, and that’s completely normal. In those moments, discipline becomes your strongest ally. Sticking to routines and reminding yourself why you started can help you stay on track.

Self-motivation isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being consistent. When you believe in your purpose and take action every day, success becomes a natural outcome.

Start small, stay consistent, and trust yourself—you’re capable of more than you think.

Self Improvement

In today’s fast-paced world, self-improvement is no longer a luxury—it is a necessity. Whether you are a student, a professional, or someone preparing for new opportunities, the ability to grow and evolve determines how successfully you navigate life.

Self-improvement is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming a better version of yourself every day.

Start with Self-Awareness

The first step toward improvement is understanding yourself. Ask questions like:

  • What are my strengths?

  • What are the areas I need to improve?

  • What habits are helping or limiting my growth?

Honest self-reflection helps you identify where change is needed.

Set Clear Goals

Improvement becomes easier when you have clear goals. Instead of saying, “I want to be successful,” define what success means to you. For example:

  • Improve communication skills

  • Read one book a month

  • Learn a new professional skill

Small and clear goals create direction and motivation.

Build Positive Habits

Your daily habits shape your future. Reading, exercising, learning new skills, and maintaining a positive mindset can gradually transform your life. Consistency matters more than intensity. Even 10 minutes of daily effort can create lasting change.

Learn from Challenges

Failure and setbacks are part of the growth journey. Instead of seeing them as obstacles, view them as lessons. Every challenge teaches resilience, patience, and problem-solving.

Surround Yourself with Growth

The people around you influence your mindset. Connect with individuals who encourage learning, positivity, and ambition. A supportive environment helps you stay motivated.

Never Stop Learning

Self-improvement is a lifelong journey. The world is constantly changing, and those who keep learning stay ahead. Reading books, attending workshops, and developing new skills will keep you evolving.

Celebrating a women

Today is International Women's Day. This day is a celebration of economic, social, cultural, and political achievement of a woman

Is it just marketing or are we really celebrating her? Are we really empowering the women? These are few questions that have been on mind from the couple of days as I see hoardings, billboards about the celebration of women's day.

According to me, empowering a woman is when you perceive a woman without any preconceived notions and judgements. You do not engulf her in any stereotypes that the society has set for her. Even if I can do it for a few women in my surroundings, I will be satisfied as she will be confident and at least try to start taking baby steps. Her happiness will not be dependent on others, and she will take her own decisions.

As women, we just need to do one thing is to support, motivate and inspire our mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, colleagues and sub-ordinates without judging her so that she can stand tall and strong to achieve whatever she wants in her life. This act will really empower her to achieve all her goals.

I recently read a beautiful line "Women are not contributors. They are multipliers. " Think about it!

Wish you all a Happy Women's Day!

Being judged by others

Many times, people do not open up about their feelings, emotions, and internal demons with others. Why does that happen? The individual is not ready to open up because he /she is not ready to be judged by others. The family, friends, acquaintances and society at large is always ready to judge.  Many face this  dilemma of how to deal with the judgement made by others. For instance, if an individual has phobia about something, he /she is not ready to accept it in front of others. This happens because the person feels that people won't understand his/her phobia.

If you do not like to be judged, make sure that you are not judgmental. Make sure that you have full faith in your opinions, decisions, and potential. This will help you to be confident and ready to face the world. Just keep in mind that you need to learn to deal with people's judgement or else this fear of being judged may take an ugly form of social anxiety. Social anxiety may lead to many problems in your professional as well as personal life. You have to accept that people are always ready to judge. You just need to move on.

To sum it up, you are the most important and be true to yourself. Acceptance is the key and if you achieve that you can deal with other factors.

Keep rocking and enjoying various facets of your personality! 😀

 Cooking

We Indians are obsessed with food. Our day begins and ends with discussion on food. Cooking food is one of the most essential life skills that one requires to survive in today's world. When it comes to cooking , there are a lot of gender biases. For ages, cooking has been a women's territory. Gradually, one can notice a change that is happening with regard to men's attitude towards cooking.

Personally, I feel that cooking is a great stress buster. A simple meal cooked after a long day helps me to rejuvenate. I believe if you can manage to prepare a decent meal, you are good at various skills like time management. co-ordination, multi-tasking and so on.

A person may feel cooking is a simple activity that can be done easily. That's not the case. When a person indulges in cooking, he/she has to think about flavors, combination of ingredients, nutrition, and so on.  All the five senses are used in various manners in the act of cooking.

Many of us such look at cooking as a mere day to day activity and overlook the benefits you get from this routine activity. Here are some of the benefits of cooking your own food:

  • Eating healthy food
  • Feeling happy as you get the feeling of accomplishment
  • Boosting confidence
  • Enjoying time with family and friends over food
  • Challenging your creativity
So, people keep cooking delicious meals and make yourself joyous as well as people around you 😊😊😊😊😊
